As a strategic risk management expert, she ensures organizational integrity through meticulous governance. Alice excels as a technical project manager, aligning projects with business goals. Her innovation extends to leveraging AI for impactful decisions, integrating machine learning with healthcare for better outcomes. With a commitment to revolutionizing healthcare, she enhances patient care through technology-driven solutions. Armed with a master’s in Anti-Aging, Alice combines science, data, and risk mitigation, pushing technology's boundaries for human health and holds an MBA in Project Management, an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and a Data Analytics certificate from the University of Richmond, showcasing her dedication to innovation and well-being.

Dr. Rednam, known to her patients as the Confidence Doc®, is a leading Board Certified plastic surgeon and a powerhouse in the world of plastic surgery, especially concerning excess skin removal after massive weight loss. She began as an early surgeon partner at POP Recovery Systems and after having so many patients have such positive experiences, she wanted a more active role in an organization she really believed in! Both Dr. Rednam and POP Recovery Systems believe in a holistic approach to patient care, where an equal focus is put on mental, emotional and physical wellness and recovery.
Dr. Rednam has always believed that the best patient care is always patient - centered and that it involves both physical and mental transformations. She works to inspire her patients and is constantly inspired by them herself. Her absolute love for what she does is undeniable! Her philosophy, stellar patient care and results made her the natural choice for when we began to look for our Plastic Surgery Medical Director.
Dr. Rednam joins us just after our second birthday here at Pop Recovery Systems and we couldn't be more excited to continue to refine and grow our amazing patient support system as we continue to integrate our systems to practices nationwide.
