1. Service Description:

Pop Recovery Systems offers online coaching-type sessions and digital services aimed at enhancing your recovery experience.

2. Refunds:

Our services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Event Tickets:

In the case of event tickets, if you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, we can credit the ticket amount toward a Recovery Program offered by Pop Recovery Systems.
Please note that all tickets for BME2025 are non-refundable. This policy helps us ensure the highest quality experience for all attendees by covering event planning, venue arrangements, and speaker commitments. However, if you find that you are unable to attend in person, you can still use your ticket for the online experience. Just let us know in advance, and we will make sure you have access to the virtual event.

POP Community Membership Structure

• Transformation Academy now operates as an open membership with no minimum commitment.

• New members are granted a 14-day free trial to explore the platform, community, and resources before any charges are made.

• After the trial period, membership will continue as a monthly subscription until canceled.

Cancellation Policy

• If you decide this is no longer the right space for you, you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time—no questions asked.

• Upon cancellation, we will stop all future payments immediately.

• To cancel, you must submit the official cancellation form with your feedback. Once submitted, your membership and access will be canceled right away.

Refund Policy

• As outlined in our full Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be issued for past charges.

• Access to the POP Community platform, community, and live programming was available to you during your subscription period, regardless of individual participation.

Member Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

• We encourage you to stay engaged, participate actively, and reach out if you need support—we’re here to help.

By continuing your membership or beginning your trial, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

4. Payment:

Payment for our services is required in advance. We accept various forms of online payment for your convenience.

5. Privacy and Data:

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review separately.

6. User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet access to participate in our online coaching sessions.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and resources provided by Pop Recovery Systems are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

8. Termination:

Pop Recovery Systems reserves the right to terminate your access to our services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other inappropriate conduct.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Pop Recovery Systems may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed.

10. Forms and Intakes:

By submitting this questionnaire, you consent to the processing of your personal information for the purpose of scheduling a consultation and tailoring your bariatric or plastic surgery journey to your needs. It's important to understand that the team facilitating this consultation, including the Pop Plastics & Bari Prep and Recover program, are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Our role is to guide you through the process, help you explore your options, and connect you with the appropriate medical professionals who can address your surgical needs and questions directly.
